*Order Cancellations- We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Once your order has been proceeded, it can no longer be cancelled.
*Shipment:We will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. Buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties. We can give you the approximate delivery date. Sometimes customs inspections, weather conditions can cause delays. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
*Returns:As a honest seller, if your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped, please contact us in 3 days. However, if the item is not quality problem and faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, or just because you do not like it, sorry, please kindly note that we will not accept your return and refund.
